verb- part of speech that expresses action

Swim, Bike, Run, Play

Take action! Get Out N Play!

How good does it feel to be out on your bike, running along the trails, hiking up a mountain, swimming in a lake? Capture that image in your mind of your last adventure.  It’s about the activity, the movements, the results, the emotions, the smiles. Get Out N Play is about all that. You do this because you enjoy it. You also want to be better, faster, stronger, and more confident. Tell us your goals. What do you want to achieve?

Select a triathlon coach who understands that reaching your goals requires more than just a training schedule. A desirable coach interacts with their athlete. It is the combination of communication and knowledge that propels you towards success.

Testimonials

"Aubrey is truly such a great trainer. Thank you so much for everything you have taught me and helped me accomplish. I hope you know how proud I am of myself and how far I have come. A lot of this would not have been possible without your guidance and support." Monika F.

"Aubrey, you so rock! You have no idea how much of an impact you have had on all three of us. We were talking the other day at the triathlon and all three of us noted that we are doing events that we never thought we would be (or could be) doing and it is all because of your encouragement and motivation. You really set an amazing example for all of us to follow and we consider ourselves lucky to know you." Jim S.

Get Out N Play Blog

There is excitement surrounding the launch of the blog Get Out N Play. The source of inspiration is the arrival of summer and my weekly CSA (community supported agriculture) pick up at a local Connecticut farm. Throughout the season, follow the recipes, the local food fascination and playing outside.
